Key to providing the initial point of contact for individuals accessing mental health services, this role plays a vital part in our organisation.
This is a full-time permanent position based in a rural Queensland community, offering an opportunity to work in a values-led team prioritising clinical excellence and patient-centred care.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health nursing required.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse essential.
- Strong clinical triage, assessment, and communication skills necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team required.
Preferred qualifications include previous experience in rural or remote healthcare, familiarity with the Queensland Mental Health Act, and competency in CIMHA and electronic health record systems.
A stable weekday roster with no shift work or overtime is offered, along with accommodation available for 6-18 months when relocating, relocation support, and a salary range of $50,017 - $90,402 per annum + Super under the NG6 Award.
