Job Opportunity for Mental Health Clinician

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Location: Rural Queensland community

 

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families while enjoying a stable weekday roster with no shift work or overtime required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for individuals accessing mental health services
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide case management and support to clients and their families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health nursing
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong clinical triage, assessment, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

  • Accommodation available for 6-18 months when relocating (nominal $50/week)
  • Relocation support - including moving costs, to be negotiated before commencement
  • Salary range: $80,017 - $132,302 p.f. (Full-time) + Super, under NG6 Award
