Mental Health Clinician - Make a Lasting Impact

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a qualified mental health clinician to provide trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care in regional and rural Australia.
  • The successful candidate will join a compassionate team delivering high-quality mental health services, supporting communities and making a meaningful impact.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mental health triage, assessments, and crisis support.
  • Allocate referrals and coordinate follow-up care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Deliver care and support via phone in a structured team environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker, Psychologist, or Registered Mental Health Nurse with post-graduate qualifications highly regarded.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in mental health triage, crisis response, or similar roles.
  • Current National Police Check, Working With Children Check, professional indemnity insurance, and a valid driver's licence.
