Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage technical expertise to drive the evolution of our discovery Feed and onboarding systems, focusing on boosting player acquisition and activation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to define product strategy and deliver outstanding user outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, autonomy, and accountability within the team, enabling them to iterate and learn quickly.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience managing high-performing software engineering teams, including performance reviews, coaching, and career development.
  • A strong background in full-stack engineering, with hands-on experience building and scaling products using technologies like React, TypeScript, or Go.
  • A builder's mindset with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, consumer-facing products.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
  • A customer-centric approach and a passion for solving real user problems.
