Senior Engineering Team Lead

As a seasoned engineering leader, you will oversee the growth and development of our AI Product Engineering teams within the Small Business and Growth Division.

  • You will lead a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, mentoring, and setting clear strategic directions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and implementing best practices.
  • Ensure a predictable and sustainable delivery pipeline, addressing blockers proactively.

This role requires experience managing software delivery and engineering teams using Lean-Agile methodologies. You should have a strong understanding of modern software delivery practices and SDLC.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive initiatives to successful completion, as well as comfort in dynamic environments and guiding teams through ambiguity. Coaching and mentoring engineering teams is also a key aspect of this role.

No prior AI product experience is required, but a strong interest in building AI products is essential.
