About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the development of an AI-powered engineering product suite. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex digital or engineering-enablement products in large organisations, preferably with exposure to AI or developer platforms.


Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage technical expertise to define and prioritise product roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, researchers, and platform experts, to assess use cases, pilot tools, and validate hypotheses.
  • Translate customer and developer requirements into actionable acceptance criteria, ensuring robust telemetry and continuous improvement.
  • Navigate complex enterprise environments, resolving dependencies and managing risks associated with AI adoption in software engineering.
  • Foster agile delivery, facilitating ceremonies, removing blockers, and improving delivery predictability and velocity.
  • Maintain currency on AI advancements, applying them pragmatically to solve real developer experience and productivity challenges.

About You
  • A strategic thinker with strong collaboration, communication, and reporting skills, effective in communicating technical updates to diverse audiences.
  • An experienced Product Owner who can engage with engineers on topics like CI/CD, testing, SDLC, and developer experience, even without coding expertise.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and application in engineering, including generative AI, prompt engineering basics, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Prior experience working within risk, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks is desirable, with a bias towards action and innovation.
  • Aptitude for Agile delivery and product discovery, with hands-on experience in backlog management, roadmap definition, and OKR-driven outcomes.
