About the Role

We are seeking experienced and passionate Restaurant General Managers to join our team at TGI Fridays. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our Front of House operations and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of up to 30 staff, including training, rostering, and on-shift management.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front of House, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and Revenue: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, while controlling costs and maintaining profitability.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
About You
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment, with a proven track record of leadership and customer service.
  • Qualifications: Qualifications in Hospitality are preferred, but not essential.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, staff, and management.
