The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in restaurant or bar management, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
