Quality Specialist

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Quality Specialist to lead investigations into serious incidents, complaints, and allegations.
  • The successful candidate will gather and analyse evidence with precision, empathy, and procedural fairness.
  • The role involves engaging with regulators such as the NDIS Commission, Child Protection, Ombudsman, and WorkSafe.
  • You will deliver clear, trauma-informed reports and outcome letters that drive corrective action.
  • This is an opportunity to support continuous improvement by identifying trends and embedding safer practices across services.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Government (Investigations) or equivalent (desirable)
  • Tertiary qualifications in social work, disability, child protection, or related fields
  • Experience in investigations within OOHC, disability, or health sectors
  • Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding, quality, and professional growth
