The Opportunity
You will report to the Associate Director – Civil and be responsible for:
- Planning, managing, and delivering engineering projects of a complex nature across multiple sectors.
- Producing and reviewing innovative civil designs.
- Managing project outcomes around quality, cost, and schedules.
- Collaborating with project managers, architects, and consultants.
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and technicians.
- Overseeing contract management and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Your Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (CPEng and RPEQ desirable).
- 6–10+ years' demonstrated experience in civil design and project management.
- Proven ability to manage small to medium civil projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and their impact on design.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
