The Opportunity

You will report to the Associate Director – Civil and be responsible for:

  • Planning, managing, and delivering engineering projects of a complex nature across multiple sectors.
  • Producing and reviewing innovative civil designs.
  • Managing project outcomes around quality, cost, and schedules.
  • Collaborating with project managers, architects, and consultants.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and technicians.
  • Overseeing contract management and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Your Background
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (CPEng and RPEQ desirable).
  • 6–10+ years' demonstrated experience in civil design and project management.
  • Proven ability to manage small to medium civil projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and their impact on design.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
