Financial Operations Specialist

The role of a Financial Operations Specialist is to optimize finance functions and improve business contribution. You will work alongside CEOs, CFOs, controllers, and treasurers to streamline processes, utilize technology efficiently, and allocate resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to mitigate risks by developing recommendations to strengthen existing controls and processes.
  • Provide clients with confidence in governance and controls by executing financial control and business process reviews, often focusing on Sarbanes Oxley compliance (SOx).
  • Support clients through SOx implementation journeys, including IPO processes or post-acquisition compliance.
  • Help clients navigate evolving risk landscapes by developing and executing SOx test plans, identifying control effectiveness, and reporting improvements to clients.

This position prioritizes design effectiveness, finding practical solutions for mature internal control environments.
