Our organization is powering the circular economy, closing the loop between packaging, recycling, and remanufacturing. We believe materials are not truly recycled until they're made into something new—and it all starts with us. As one of Australia's largest recyclers, our extensive network of recycling operations is integrated with our manufacturing sites. We collect and sort recyclable materials like paper, cardboard, glass, plastics, and metals from households and businesses, and locally remanufacture them back into new, sustainable packaging.

As the Supply Chain Optimization Expert, reporting to the General Manager (Logistics) based in Tullamarine, VIC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining a high-performing vendor network that supports the collection, processing, and transport of recyclable materials. This role is critical to ensure that our operations run smoothly, safely, and cost-effectively while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

What You Will Do:

  1. Develop and maintain a high-performing vendor network aligned with our pillars of Safety, Service, and Cost.
  2. Analyze and negotiate optimal commercial and service outcomes.
  3. Resolve conflicts and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Conduct site/vendor visits to ensure service quality and compliance.
  5. Drive network optimization and formalize agreements through contract execution.
  6. Champion safety compliance and environmental standards.
