Key Role

The Brand Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial team to devise and execute brand marketing campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert prospects for clients. This position will also handle regional ESG-related duties based on corporate strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the branding team to plan and execute campaigns targeting critical accounts across the Oceania region.
  • Deliver tailored content, digital experiences, and outreach that resonate with decision-makers.
  • Experiment with various channels, outbound, content, and events to drive pipeline and conversion.
  • Develop and manage marketing initiatives with a strong ROI focus.
ESG Responsibilities:
  • Manage ESG data platforms, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and audit readiness.
  • Integrate climate-related risk and opportunity analysis into business planning and budgeting processes.
  • Benchmark performance and engage with industry peers to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide insights to support policy responses and regulatory engagement.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to production of marketing materials, signage journeys, developing and executing strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented individual with passion for the role.
  • Project management expertise with ability to define, track, and evaluate KPIs, respect project timing and milestones.
  • Experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
