About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Brand Manager - Lotto to help lead the growth of our Lotto portfolio (Saturday Lotto, Weekday Windfall, Super 66 and Strike Lotto).
This 12-month contract role involves leading strategic brand and product initiatives to bring our Lotto brands to life, support our portfolio values and positioning, and maximise revenue growth.
You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, your team and a broad group of stakeholders to deliver activity that inspires customers and drives commercial success.What you'll doOwn strategic direction — Shape media, creative and digital approaches for Saturday Lotto and Weekday Windfall to drive growth and strengthen brand health.Lead iconic campaigns — Oversee end-to-end delivery of major initiatives including Saturday Lotto base draws, Weekday Windfall campaigns and flagship events like Megadraw, from briefing to post-campaign reporting.Drive commercial outcomes — Deliver portfolio revenue targets, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure campaigns contribute to short-term sales and long-term growth.Manage budgets and reporting — Oversee day-to-day expenditure, financial reporting, forecasting and reforecasting, and ongoing budget management.Contribute to product and innovation — Shape product strategy, support innovation, and lead projects that grow our brands.Harness insights — Incorporate campaign results, customer research and market learnings into future initiatives.Collaborate widely — Build relationships with internal stakeholders and agencies to connect customer insights and deliver effective brand positioning.Lead and inspire others — Mentor and manage a team of marketers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.What you'll bringWe are seeking a senior brand marketer who leads teams and shapes the future of iconic brands.
You will bring:At least 7+ years of marketing and brand management experience, including senior brand roles.Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (or a related business discipline).
Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand and product strategies that deliver strong business outcomes.Deep experience leading large-scale advertising and media campaigns, including digital and CRM activity.Proven expertise in budget management, financial analysis, and forecasting.Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.A collaborative leadership style with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams.A passion for building brands that inspire connection and create moments of joy.What you'll getNot only will you receive an awesome candidate experience from our caring Talent team, but the perks of working with us are also strong.
