Job Overview
We are seeking a Second in Charge to join our team and deliver high-quality care for primary school-aged children. As a key leader, you will create memorable experiences and foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
Main Responsibilities- Engage with the school community by attending events and assemblies.
- Assist in creating enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.
- Foster strong bonds with children and their families through regular communication.
- Support the implementation of industry regulations to ensure compliance.
- Ideal experience working in Before and After School Care or education is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care and services to children.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Diploma equivalent or working towards it as per ACECQA standards.
