MinterEllison Flex is looking for experienced lawyers who are seeking a change in their career. As a senior legal counsel, you will have the opportunity to work with our team and gain valuable experience in various areas of law.

  • General corporate commercial, technology, and procurement: Our ideal candidate has skills and experience in general corporate commercial, technology, and procurement both in the private and public sectors.
  • Data Protection and Privacy: You should have expertise in data protection and privacy laws and regulations.
  • Construction and Property: We are looking for individuals with knowledge and experience in construction and property law.
  • Commercial Litigation: Your skills in commercial litigation, including dispute resolution and negotiation, are highly valued.
  • Employment Law: A strong understanding of employment law, including contracts, terminations, and workplace relations, is essential.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years PQE, including top-tier firm and or in-house/secondment experience. You must also have proven client focus, strong collaboration skills developed in dynamic environments, and a track record of continuous learning, curiosity, and commitment to excellence.
