Learning Enrichment Opportunities
">The ideal candidate will possess the ability to develop and implement high-quality learning enrichment programs that cater to the diverse needs of students.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver modified learning materials and programs in collaboration with classroom teachers and the Learning Enrichment team.">
- Develop and maintain individualised Learning Plans to address the unique requirements of students.">
- Liaise with families to provide clear insights into their child's academic progress.">
- Provide pastoral care and nurture the personal well-being of all students.">
Essential Criteria:
">- ">
- Hold a postgraduate qualification in Learning Support or Special Education, coupled with a minimum of three years of experience working with students who require additional support.">
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.">
- Exhibit a strong work ethic, initiative, compassion, and empathy when supporting students with learning disabilities.">
The successful applicant will be expected to uphold the College's values and ethos.
