We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join our Corporate Transactions team, where you will work on market leading transactions and drive your career forward.
- Ashurst is one of the world's leading law firms with a global presence.
- Our team works closely with clients to deliver expert advice and services in complex transactions.
You will have at least 4 years' experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions, gained within a top-tier or mid-tier firm, with a strong track record of technical excellence and commercial acumen.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Technical expertise in M&A transactions;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
