Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Expert.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and unique.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the Club Lounge service period, tending bar and serving food to guests.
  • Receive daily updates on hotel requests and take action accordingly.
  • E nsure the Club Lounge is presentable and clean at all times.
  • Assist with serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
  • Understand guest requirements and engage with each customer experience.
  • Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • An up-to-date RSA certification.
  • Relevant experience in a similar hospitality role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • A strong desire to escalate your career.
  • Self-motivation, drive and energy to work in a fast-paced environment.
