**ABOUT YOUR NEW EMPLOYER**

Our client is a Bespoke Luxury Lodge that boasts, fantastic benefits and a great management team. They are currently seeking a passionate and talented LODGE MANAGER to lead their professional and dynamic team.

**THE ROLE**:

- Managing the performance of the property, including F&B operations, sales and marketing strategy, profitability and revenue generation
- Overseeing human resource requirements
- Buildings relationships with key customers
- Explore new business opportunities
- Manage relationships with Tour Operators

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Previous experience in boutique hotel management operations
- Formal qualifications in Business, or Hotel Management
- Able to work flexible hours
- Excellent communication skills, solution-focused approach
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation standards
- A passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction and success
- Deliver bespoke memorable experiences and extraordinary customer service
