  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations, review daily cash balance, and maintain accurate cash flow projections to ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct month-end close reconciliation, financial analysis, and prepare detailed payroll reports for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with department heads on payroll costs, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar senior hospitality financial specialist role or 2 years finance experience in a hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, producing quality output under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, task prioritization, and effective time management.
