Key Responsibilities:- Manage payroll, accounts payable & receivable, and maintain internal control procedures to optimize financial performance.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, review daily cash balance, and maintain accurate cash flow projections to ensure business continuity.
- Conduct month-end close reconciliation, financial analysis, and prepare detailed payroll reports for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads on payroll costs, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management to drive business growth.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar senior hospitality financial specialist role or 2 years finance experience in a hospitality environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, producing quality output under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, task prioritization, and effective time management.
