Teaching Opportunity in Visual Arts

We are seeking a qualified teacher to deliver visual arts and music programs for kindergarten to year 6 students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans across key learning areas including literacy, numeracy, creative arts and music.
  • Create a safe and supportive learning environment based on positive behaviour principles.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.
Selection Criteria
  • Demonstrate commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic school within the broader church context.
  • Show expertise in planning and implementing effective teaching and learning strategies across all key learning areas.
  • Apply knowledge of student diversity to support inclusive learning practices.
Qualifications
  • Primary K-6 teaching qualifications.
  • Accredited level D in religious education or willingness to gain this level within five years.
