Teaching Role

The successful applicant will teach a variety of creative subjects in a temporary part-time position. The role exists to support growth in faith and improvement in learning so that students may reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach creative arts, music, dance, and drama.
Essential Qualifications
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of the school.
  • Ability to plan for and implement effective teaching and learning across all key learning areas.
  • Apply knowledge of diverse student needs to support full participation in learning.
  • Implement effective teaching strategies in literacy and numeracy.
  • Use a range of assessment strategies and analyze data to inform student learning.
  • Demonstrate commitment to engage professionally with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in delivering creative arts syllabus, including music, dance, and drama.
  • Willingness to work with a school choir or dance group.
General Capabilities
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
Professional Requirements
  • Appropriate qualifications for teaching primary K-6.
  • Accredited level D to teach religious education.
  • NESA accreditation to teach in NSW.
Working with Children Clearance

This role requires a working with children check prior to employment.
