Job Description:

We are seeking a Key Account Business Growth Specialist to manage the full sales cycle, from generating new business opportunities to closing deals with diverse clients.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Utilising a consultative sales approach to uncover and address customer challenges.
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects and clients, tapping into existing networks and new leads.
  • Engaging in outbound activities such as calls, emails, and presentations to secure new business.
  • Fostering solid relationships with clients, ensuring targets are exceeded through exceptional service and solution delivery.
  • Delivering impactful face-to-face presentations to potential clients.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years of new business development or sales experience.
  • Welcoming people from all types of industries and backgrounds.
  • Confidence and resilience in cold calling and prospecting.
  • A consultative selling approach with proven relationship-building skills.
  • Experience engaging with a range of stakeholders across various industries.
  • Strong track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Experience presenting to SME clients is advantageous.
  • A positive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Respectful and professional demeanor.

Location: This role is based in Tamworth, NSW, and requires relocation to this area.
