About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educational Leader to join our management team at Busy Bees at Kensington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Collaborate with the service management to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standard and the Education and Care Services National Law
  • Provide guidance and support to educators to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of educators
