We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in early childhood education who can lead and manage our educational programs. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality care and education for children.

The role will involve:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years
  • Leading and managing a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Working closely with parents and families to ensure their needs are met
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
  • A current Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
