People and Culture Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for general enquiries, providing timely support to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work. They will also have intermediate skills with Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience working in a similar HR or related role.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop professional relationships across the organization and act as a trusted advisor for employee relations enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general advice on HR-related matters
  • Respond to tier-one employee relations queries, escalating where necessary
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to the team
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and maintain employee records
  • Support the coordination of responses to external requests

You will also need :

  • Cert IV in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications
