About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join our team at BDO. As a senior member of our Corporate and International Tax team, you will provide specialist tax advisory and compliance services to a wide range of clients, with a focus on mid-market clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tax Advisory Services: Provide specialist tax advisory services to clients, including tax structuring strategies, M&A tax advice, and tax due diligence reports.
  • Corporate Tax Compliance: Manage and deliver corporate tax compliance services, including the review of income tax returns and identification of risks.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor more junior employees, and participate in business development activities to promote the firm and its services.
  • Service Line Strategy: Contribute to the development of service line strategy and ensure client engagements are completed to a high standard within a specified timeframe.
Requirements
  • Experience: Management experience with at least 4 to 5 years' experience in Corporate Tax or Private Clients Tax within a Big 4 or a mid-tier firm.
  • Qualifications: CA or law qualification, tertiary qualification in Tax.
  • Skills: Demonstrated analytical/problem solving ability, writing ability, drafting of letters of advice and other technical documents, and strong research and business analysis skills.
