Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate income tax for financial assets, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Review quarterly tax impact accounting and annual income tax calculations to identify areas for improvement.
- Craft transfer pricing documentation to ensure accurate and compliant tax reporting.
- Contribute to tax transparency and governance reporting, providing insights to management on tax-related matters.
- Develop and implement systems for effective tax management and reduced compliance risk.
- Provide insights on new tax legislation to management, ensuring the company remains up-to-date on tax regulations.
Requirements:
- CA or CTA qualified.
- Big 4 or leading mid-tier corporate tax experience.
- Equivalent in-house environment with a major organization.
- Strong skills in income tax compliance and tax effect accounting.
