Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee patient booking, pre-admission, admission, and discharge processes.
- Manage financial obligations, including eligibility verification, billing, and accounts receivable.

- Establish efficient processes for billing health funds and managing patient co-payments.

Essential Qualifications:
- Qualifications in Front-line Management or a Certificate IV in Business Management are preferred.
- Proven managerial experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of private health fund claiming processes.
