About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Employee Engagement Specialist. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Relations Guidance: Provide expert guidance to management on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Investigation and Conflict Resolution: Conduct thorough investigations into intricate HR-related employee grievances and ethics cases, resolving conflicts and recommending appropriate actions.
- Consultation and Labor Relations: Handle consultation actions such as TUPE, with external support for larger actions, and administer work agreements between works councils, unions, employees, and managers.
- Terminations and Exit Management: Handle sensitive, in-depth, and escalated involuntary terminations, with involvement in all involuntary exits in certain countries.
- Conflict Resolution/Negotiation: Ability to mediate disputes and negotiate agreements effectively.
- Knowledge of Employment Laws: In-depth understanding of local and international employment laws and regulations.
- Problem Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Empathy and Active Listening: Ability to understand and share the feelings of others, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively, and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Judgment and Business Acumen: Sound judgment, business acumen, influencing skills, and proactive approach to effectively address sensitive employee issues.
- Minimum 10 Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, or a related HR field.
