Cluster Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team at Ingenia Communities. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for analyzing and implementing revenue strategies to maximize commercial performance across a cluster of holiday parks.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Rate and Inventory Management: Ensure revenue is optimized in accordance with market conditions and growing market share.
- Revenue Analysis: Monitor and analyze revenue-related statistics, including pick-up trends by accommodation type, price demand, season, and stay time.
- Competitor Pricing: Conduct ongoing competitor pricing to ensure proper rate positioning.
- Revenue Meetings: Conduct regular revenue meetings with park managers to review performance and recommend actions.
- Travel and Relationship Building: Travel to parks as required to develop relationships and instill best practice in revenue and yield management.
- Revenue Management Experience: Practical revenue management experience in the accommodation/travel industry is essential.
- Communication Skills: Confident communication skills and an ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
- Property Operations: In-depth understanding of property operations.
- Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and an ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness and flexibility to travel quarterly throughout the network as required.
