Cluster Revenue Manager

As a pivotal member of our team, the Cluster Revenue Manager will play a key role in enhancing our revenue strategies to drive commercial success. This position is integral to the analysis and execution of revenue management practices across a network of holiday parks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily pricing and inventory for properties to maximize revenue in line with market dynamics
  • Analyze revenue-related metrics across properties to identify trends and optimize performance
  • Utilize forecasting tools and reports to assess property revenue expectations
  • Conduct competitive pricing analysis to maintain optimal rate positioning
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Systems Specialist to ensure effective management of the property management system
  • Facilitate regular revenue performance meetings with park managers to strategize improvements
  • Travel to various parks to foster relationships and promote best practices in revenue management
  • Maintain accurate rate and package information across distribution channels

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality or travel sector
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Comprehensive understanding of property operations
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with property management systems is a plus
