Key Responsibilities

  • To provide spiritual care and support to patients, their families, and carers through regular visits, pastoral conversations, and chaplaincy services.">
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients.">
  • To develop and implement spiritual care plans that align with the patient's values, beliefs, and cultural background.">
  • To promote a culture of compassion, respect, and inclusivity within the organisation.">

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor degree in Theology or a related field, or equivalent experience.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.">
  • A strong understanding of spiritual care principles and practices.">
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • High-level organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.">
