About the role

The Fundraising Database Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our CRM and third-party integrations, overseeing donation processing and supporter engagement.

With a focus on innovation, this role develops and maintains efficient systems for processing donations, receipting, and stewardship communications, while troubleshooting issues and continuously enhancing the donor experience.

This position provides valuable data management, segmentation, insights, and reports to support fundraising initiatives, working closely with internal teams.

Key Selection Criteria:

  1. Experience in a similar role, including experience in gift processing, data imports, and preparing segmented data files.
  2. High level data entry and word processing accuracy with CRM databases (preferably Raiser's Edge), Word, and Excel.
  3. Ability to evaluate existing procedures and provide recommendations to improve processes.
  4. Solutions-focused with excellent analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
