Job Description

We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead our reliability projects, improving network performance and serving our communities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Augmenting the electrical network for strategic reliability outcomes
  • Investigating new technologies and facilitating their end-to-end implementation
  • Analysing network and reliability performance data through novel techniques to drive business strategy
  • Performing engineering analysis into major network incidents
  • Contributing to community development through investigation of localised reliability performance and development of reliability improvement investments
  • Facilitating and undertaking risk and control assessments, developing risk profiles with mitigation strategies
About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering
  • Can apply sound judgement and initiative in complex situations
  • Performs data analytics and interprets results effectively
  • Proactively leads change, consulting stakeholders and implementing new systems
  • Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Is a self-motivated individual with well-developed planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • C Vehicle licence up to 4.5 tonnes gross vehicle mass (GVM)
  • Green Card Workcover Induction for Construction Work - General Course
