The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a proactive Maintenance Planner to join our Maintenance & Reliability team at Chobani. You'll be responsible for planning and scheduling all preventative maintenance activities for our factory — from organising contractors to managing materials and equipment — all to help minimise downtime and keep production running smoothly.

In this role, you'll help shape and refine our long-term preventative maintenance strategies, keep our systems accurate and up to date, and set KPIs that are both realistic and motivating. You'll also play a key part in prioritising tasks across the team and unlocking better reporting to support continuous improvement.

Here's what you'll bring to the table:

• Around 5 years' experience in maintenance planning or scheduling, ideally within FMCG or dairy

• Solid experience using maintenance systems (MEX would be a bonus) and reporting tools

• A knack for juggling priorities and solving problems on the fly

• Great communication and people skills — you're not afraid to influence or have a say

• A proactive mindset with a passion for improving how things are done

This is a hands-on role that keeps you close to the action — you'll be out on the floor working alongside our factory teams to spot potential issues early and help things run like clockwork. Your voice and ideas will be heard, and you'll get to bring your best-practice know-how to help shape how we do maintenance at Chobani.

The role is based at our modern Dandenong South manufacturing site and whilst there may be the odd weekend or bit of overtime, you'll enjoy some great perks like career development opportunities, free on-site parking… and all the yoghurt you can eat while you're here
