Automation Field Service Expert

We are seeking an experienced automation field service expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service and support to our customers.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless system operation, minimal downtime, and optimal performance. You will work closely with clients to develop automation solutions that meet their unique needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, control systems, and process engineering. Experience with Siemens automation and control systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform commissioning, maintenance and fault diagnosis of automation systems onsite and remotely.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on automation functionalities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to develop automation solutions.
  • Assist with project planning, estimations and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • A proven track record of at least 5-10 years in field service activities, specifically with automation systems.
  • Strong knowledge of automation, control systems, and process engineering.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyse, and optimize automation systems efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, locally, interstate and potentially overseas.
