Job Opportunity: Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to spearhead automation testing and quality assurance for digital products and services. This role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge automation frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving best practices in a CI/CD environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Automation Frameworks: Create, improve, and govern testing assets and methodologies for web applications and back-end functionality.
  • Implement CI/CD Best Practices: Define and execute strategies for unit, integration, and UI automation testing in a CI/CD pipeline, focusing on high-value, risk-based testing.
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Offer recommendations and advice on automation testing processes, practices, and activities to various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with projects and operational teams to ensure effective development and handover of test automation assets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks, possessing excellent coding skills and a passion for driving quality in digital products.
  • Possess extensive experience in automation test coverage for new and existing applications.
  • Be proficient in Selenium with Python and C#, as well as the MS technology stack.
  • Demonstrate experience with test configuration and data management for system integration testing.
  • Be familiar with Agile methodologies and have experience in a digital products environment.
