About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Innovation Manager to lead our project delivery and foster a culture of curiosity and collaboration across our organisation.

This role will be accountable for ensuring consistent and effective project delivery in support of continuous improvement and strategic objectives, with a key focus on innovation.

You will champion a collaborative environment, driving new solutions and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop standardised project management processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and meet required deliverables.
  • Lead project planning and governance, ensuring successful project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Drive innovation frameworks and support Ventia's sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ccoordinate Plant, Logistics & Property support for bids, mobilisations, and demobilisations.
  • Build strong customer-centric innovations to support Group and Sectors across the organisation.

About You:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business/commercial/similar field or demonstrated experience.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to develop solutions independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated experience with Asset and Finance functions of major ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Ability to work on multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Experience with change management and driving new solutions.
  • Champion of innovation, inquisitive nature, and passion for new tools and technologies.
  • People-focused, able to build strong collaborative relationships, internally and externally with stakeholders at all levels.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
