About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Manager to lead our strategic innovation pipeline and drive world-class innovation processes within our global water industry leader. As a key member of our team, you will project manage complex new product and innovation projects, providing strong leadership and influencing key project stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Key responsibilities include building our strategic new product development pipeline by engaging with end-users, collaborating with product development and marketing teams to deliver new products, and introducing and adopting world-class innovation processes to build a culture of innovation excellence.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and contribute to our strategic innovation pipeline
  • Build our strategic new product development pipeline by engaging with end-users and collaborating with product development and marketing teams
  • Project manage complex new innovation and new product projects from ideation through to launch
  • Assist in building a culture of innovation excellence through the introduction and adoption of world-class innovation processes
About You
  • 7-10 years' experience working as an Innovation Manager, Project Manager, Product Designer, or similar position
  • Demonstrated success in project managing the delivery of complex new product projects
  • Strong ability to build relationships, collaborate with, and influence others
  • Excellent communication skills with strong commercial acumen, adept at engaging with both executives and front-line customers
  • Curious by nature with advanced problem-solving skills and a strong desire to improve on the status quo by doing things differently
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Business Management, or similar
