**Exciting Opportunity for a Manager in Strategic Design** ????
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for Human-Centered Design, Customer Experience, and Innovation?
My client is making a mark on human experiences that are powered by human centred design.
**Role Overview**:
As the Strategy Manager, you will be the visionary force behind the HCD, CX, EX, and Innovation initiatives across a variety of industries including medical technologies, non-for-profits and fintech. You'll work autonomously and with a high-performing team across multiple projects to ensure products and services are not just cutting-edge but also resonate deeply with the customers.
Collaborating with clients, you'll be the key client liaison to lead project engagements end-to-end, seeking to deeply empathise and understand the needs of the client and collaborate closely with the project teams to develop top-notch deliverables that will truly move the needle.
**Requirements**:
- 5 + years’ experience in a strategic role, with a focus on HCD, CX, EX and innovation.
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
- 3 + years consulting experience leading end-to-end projects.
- You have designing, facilitated and run workshops with stakeholders.
- Develop thought leadership relating to innovation, customer and employee experience.
