What You Will Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of 20-25 member relationships within prominent global enterprises and public sector organizations.
  • Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for clients using all ExP products and resources.
  • Define and deliver innovative advisory solutions by assessing member mission-critical priorities and developing customized service plans.
  • Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars.
  • Present or facilitate at local ExP events.
  • Build strong partnerships with Gartner's Sales and other business units, collaborating to ensure member engagement and renewal of ExP business.

They have natural curiosity, share their knowledge and expertise with Executive Programs members, and understand members' mission-critical priorities, building trust by delivering value and leveraging key internal partnerships to drive results.

The ideal candidate(s) should be based in or willing to relocate to Melbourne area, with past experiences working with clients from the public sector. A strong consulting/advisory background with 15+ years of progressive career experiences is required. Extensive knowledge of a CIO's focus areas and an in-depth understanding of the IT industry, including utilization of Gen AI, enterprise digital transformation, digital business strategy, leadership, IT operating models, technology strategy and trends, use of metrics, etc., is necessary. Advanced critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills are also essential.
