Digital Transformation Leader

Your Opportunity
As a Digital Transformation Leader at Asahi Beverages, you'll be responsible for leading the execution of digital programs that drive our strategic vision. Your key focus areas will include ensuring project governance, effective risk management, and seamless transitions from development to operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high standards of execution across digital projects, ensuring successful delivery and continuous improvement.
- Drive risk management practices, guiding IT leads to mitigate risks and maintain secure, resilient systems.
- Oversee project management activities, collaborating with Product Owners and IT leads to track progress, allocate resources, and ensure timely project completion.
- Provide leadership to Project Managers, fostering a performance-driven culture and guiding change initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to align business needs with digital delivery, ensuring smooth transitions and long-term success.
- Champion delivery excellence, using agile and waterfall methodologies to achieve business goals and exceed KPIs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and digital alignment to business objectives.
About You
- Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline.
- 10+ years of project and program management experience, with a focus on delivery excellence.
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Skilled in project management methodologies like PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, and Agile.
