We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Marketing Leader to join our team at McMillan Shakespeare Limited. This exciting role will involve leading the go-to-market launch of our new digital experience, driving customer engagement and satisfaction.

About the Role

This 6-month contract position requires a strategic and hands-on marketer with expertise in customer behaviour, customer experience, and digital transformation projects. You will work closely with our Future of Service team and vendor partners to develop and implement a launch framework, strategy, and execution plan for all customer segments.

  • Diagnose behavioural insights across customer segments and develop behaviourally optimised launch frameworks.
  • Support research partners with primary research execution.
  • Develop multi-channel launch communication strategies using behavioural frameworks.
  • Guide the development of required assets for a successful launch.
  • Manage the launch communications project plan.
  • Establish launch success metrics and mechanisms for reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain focus on launch goals by measuring progress, evaluating results, and re-prioritising when necessary.
Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Transformation Marketing Leader, you will engage key stakeholders throughout the planning and activity process, ensuring alignment with internal change activities. You will also manage compliance and legal approval sign-offs, liaising with our Change Management team as needed.
