Role Overview

The Career Pathways Coordinator is a key member of our Academic Staff, based primarily at our campus with responsibilities across multiple sites.

This role plays a central part in guiding students in Years 7–12 as they explore their post-school options, including tertiary study, vocational training, and employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualised career guidance, pathways coaching, and support for students and families
  • Deliver purposeful, future-focused learning programs in line with industry standards
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with educational providers, industry and alumni to expand opportunities for students
  • Coordinate Student Futures events such as Morrisby Testing, subject selection and career expos
  • Contribute to our School's vision for student agency, readiness, and meaningful post-school pathways
  • Deliver classroom learning that models our Instructional Model and supports student growth
  • Engage in reflective practice and professional growth through coaching, collaborative planning and shared learning that lifts team capacity and student growth
