We'd love for you to hold:

  • A strong focus on Image of Child.
  • The proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation.
  • An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a Diploma qualification within 3 months of commencement).
  • A current and state-relevant Working with Children's Check.
  • Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement).
  • Additional Child Protection Training, in line with section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Queensland Government.
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
