About Our Human Resource Role
Key Responsibilities
- Support managers in appointing new employees, ensuring onboarding and induction processes are completed.
- Maintain employee personal files and upload new data into relevant systems.
- Coordinate 3 and 6 months reviews and escalate performance concerns to HR Advisor prior to probation completion.
- Provide administration support during employment changes and ensure accuracy of contractual amendments.
- Coordinate offboarding process for all employees and follow notice periods and contractual terms.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on interpreting awards, enterprise agreements, and HR Policies.
- Maintain and coordinate relevant HR reporting requirements.
