About the Position

The Human Resource Administration role supports the People and Culture team with day-to-day tasks. This includes managing employee data, facilitating employment changes, and providing customer support to employees and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes, onboarding new staff, and maintaining positive employee relations.
  • Process payroll and HR-related transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain high levels of data security.
  • Offer exceptional service to employees and stakeholders.

About You

To succeed, you must have:

  • A degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience as an HR Administrator.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as iChris and Teamgage.
