About the Position
The Human Resource Administration role supports the People and Culture team with day-to-day tasks. This includes managing employee data, facilitating employment changes, and providing customer support to employees and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, onboarding new staff, and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Process payroll and HR-related transactions efficiently.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain high levels of data security.
- Offer exceptional service to employees and stakeholders.
About You
To succeed, you must have:
- A degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience as an HR Administrator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer systems and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as iChris and Teamgage.
