Job Title: Luxury Property Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and operations-focused professional to support short-term lettings while working closely with the Guest Services Assistant to ensure a seamless experience for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Guest Services Assistant to provide an exceptional experience for short-term guests and residents.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operational aspects of short-term lettings, ensuring properties are well-maintained and guest-ready.
  • Coordinating bookings, check-ins, and check-outs to maintain seamless operations.
  • Liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure property standards are upheld.
  • Assisting in property inspections, compliance checks, and reporting maintenance requirements.
  • Managing tenant and guest inquiries, providing prompt and professional service.
  • Ensuring all operations align with luxury service standards and brand expectations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management, guest services, or a hospitality-related role.
  • A strong understanding of short-term rental operations, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests, residents, and service providers.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering premium guest experiences.
  • A current QLD Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is highly desirable.
